Choosing The Right Skateboard
To learn and progress easily, the choice of correct size skateboard is quite important. As you gain more experience, you will know what size you prefer and what works best for you. Until then, we advise that you select your size of deck based on your shoe size.
Please remember that in general:
- A larger/wider deck will be more stable, comfortable and it will be easier to learn the basics such as keeping your balance and kick turns.
- A smaller/skinnier deck will be easier for technical skating and flip tricks.
